On Friday, November 29, 2019, Zdzisław Stelmach, loving husband and father of two children, passed away at the age of 60. Zdzisław was born on December 4, 1958 in Tarnów, Poland to Stanisław and Teofila Stelmach. On September 16, 1989, he married Ewa Pater. They raised two daughters, Agnieszka and Katarzyna. In search of the American Dream, Zdzisław immigrated to Cypress, Texas to better provide for his family where he built the foundation for their life in the United States. He had a passion for carpentry and owned a woodworking business with his brother Leszek designing and building custom cabinetry for churches, clients, and family members. His work was admired by all and many are still enjoyed today. Zdzisław enjoyed wood carving, listening to music, playing bass guitar, keeping small birds and fish, and had a keen interest in the natural sciences. He was known for his resourcefulness, optimism, and resilience. He strove for excellence in all that he did. Zdzisław is survived by his wife Ewa, his two daughters, Agnieszka and Katarzyna, and his brother Leszek. He is reunited with his mother Teofila, his father Stanisław, and his brother Janek.
