Zachary Todd Horton, beloved father, son, brother, and grandson, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 2, 2022. He was 42 years old.

Zach was born to Todd Horton and Cindy Musgrove on August 22, 1979. The eldest of five children, he was often found playing basketball and spending time outside with his siblings. As an adult, he was known for his sense of humor, his laughter, and his love of movie and TV quotes.

Zach's professional career began as a CNC machinist. However, he soon displayed a talent for programming and continued to thrive in this field, with his creative approaches and techniques being shared in multiple publications, including American Machinist.

Although Zach excelled in his professional achievements, anyone who knew Zach understood that he viewed his children as his greatest accomplishments in his life. His oldest, Luci Beth, was born in July of 1997.

He is survived by his children including Luci, his parents Todd Horton and Cindy Musgrove, his siblings Sara, Rachel, Josh, and Alex Horton, his grandparents Kenneth and Dorothy Musgrove, and numerous other family members and friends.

Zach believed in the power of the saving grace of God and knew firsthand the hope that grace provides in life's darkest moments. Now he is at peace with his Savior.
