Yvonne Farrar Bass, 78, of Spring, Texas passed away on July 7, 2023.

She was born in Houston, Texas on April 3, 1945.  Yvonne graduated from Waltrip High School.  She worked for General Motors, Buick Motor Division for 20 years and then retired after 20 years at Klein Independent School District in the maintenance department. She was a member of Klein United Methodist Church and loved participating in her Sunday School class along with her passion for gardening, antiques, beach getaways, gambling, and annual trips to Mamou with her friends.

Yvonne is survived by her children, Tracie Hunter and fiance Chris Werner, Rebecca Meeks and fiance Barry Dovey; grandchildren, Meagan Hunter, Mason Hunter, Morgan Hunter, Brooklyn Meeks, Madilyn Meeks, and Jacklyn Meeks; nephews, Greg Wishard and wife Sherri, Chris Wishard; niece, Jeanene Sikorski; and special cousin, Jack Farrar.

She is preceded in death by her father, Avon Farrar, her mother, Ella Farrar, her sister, Alice Kate Wishard, and her nephew, Brian Wishard.

Memorial/Celebration of Life with be held July 19, 2023 at 2:00pm at Klein Funeral Home in Tomball.
