Yolanda Salazar Delgado, 72, of Spring, Texas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 2, 2023 surrounded by her family.

Affectionately known as "Yogi", she was born to parents Jesus and Eva Salazar on February 18, 1951 in Reynosa, Mexico. Yolanda was raised in Houston, where she spent her entire life, and graduated from San Jacinto High School before attending community college. Yolanda worked as in Administrative Assistant in the Oil and Gas Industry for a few years before settling down in Spring, Texas where she began her career in the Residential Real Estate Business. Later in her career, Yolanda moved into the Mortgage Loan Industry, eventually opening her own office as a Mortgage Loan Broker. In the end, her love for building relationships and helping others led her back into Real Estate.

Yolanda was one of the most selfless, hardworking and optimistic people one could ever meet. Being 'Nana' to her beloved grandsons meant the world to her and she was infinitely proud of her family, leaving behind nothing but beautiful memories we will all cherish dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents Jesus and Eva Salazar; sister Connie Caylor; and brothers Saul and Samuel Salazar.

Yolanda is survived by her children, Michael Delgado and Andrea (Ryan) Tomaselli; grandsons Elliot and Rex Tomaselli; sister Irma (Rick) Villanueva; and brothers John (Jean) Salazar, Alfonso (Leticia) Salazar, Jesse (Leticia) Salazar, and Roger (Dora) Salazar; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at Klein Funeral Home.

The funeral service for Yolanda will be held at 2pm on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at Klein Funeral Home.
