William graduated from the prestigious Thayer Academy in Braintree, Massachusetts and went on to attend Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. Bill left Tufts to join the Navy as a pilot in Pensacola, Florida. He later returned to Tufts and completed his degree.
Following graduation Bill began his fabulous 40 year career with The Shell Oil Company in Marketing and Corporate Real Estate. Working for Shell allowed Bill and his family to explore the best beaches and restaurants in the United States.
Bill combined a love of travel with fitness by exploring all but 6 National Parks and a significant number of National Monuments with his wife, Irma. Bill was a patriotic American who loved his country and was always a perfect gentleman. We are grateful for the blessed care he received at Willowbrook Methodist Hospital, Health South, and Brookdale Willowbrook.
