William Michael Kalbow, of Cypress, Texas was born May 28, 1951 and passed away October 26, 2022.
William was an only child and a 3 rd generation resident of Cypress, Texas who was deeply rooted and proud of his German heritage. William was a graduate of Cy Fair High School and Sam Houston State University.
William was a gentle giant of a man, caring, compassionate, stubborn and stern but yet stayed firm and true in his Lutheran faith. William was a family man who would do whatever it took to make sure his family was taken care of and provided for. William was a farmer and rancher his entire life, which was one of his passions along with trains and tractors. William truly enjoyed attending church and participating in the Texas Farm Bureau, making time to assist in any activities that he could. William enjoyed sharing his wealth of knowledge and information of farming/ranching with anyone and everyone he met.
William is proceeded in death by his parents Willie and Inez Kalbow and daughter Margaret Kalbow.
William is survived by his wife of 38 years, Kasandra Kalbow; children Timothy Kalbow and wife Alyssa, Daniel Kalbow and wife Kelly, and Amanda Kalbow; grandchildren Mason Kalbow, Olivia Kalbow, Wyatt Kalbow and Taya Kalbow. Others left to cherish his memory include his extended family, many cousins, friends, and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in his name to The Texas Farm Bureau, Parkinson research or charity of your choice.
