In loving memory of William "Bill" Isadore Webster, who peacefully passed away on April 12, 2024, surrounded by his cherished family.

Bill's journey began in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on May 15, 1942. At the age of 15, he relocated to Houston, where fate led him to Janet during their high school years. Their love story unfolded swiftly, with a marriage at the tender ages of 16 and 15, respectively.

A year into their union, Bill answered the call to serve his nation, enlisting in the Air Force. Throughout his 20-year military career, Bill exemplified courage and dedication, serving in various locations including the United States, Germany, and the Aleutian Islands, as well as bravely facing the challenges of the Vietnam War. His commitment to duty culminated in retirement in Anchorage, Alaska as a Master Sergeant ranking.

Transitioning to civilian life in Houston, Bill and Janet embarked on a new adventure, founding Webster's Auction Palace, a thriving business that has flourished for 45 years. Bill's approach to work mirrored his character—marked by integrity, determination, and an unwavering work ethic.

Faith was the cornerstone of Bill's life, as a devout Catholic who served as an altar boy in his youth, alongside his involvement with the Knights of Columbus, where he attained the esteemed 4th degree.

With gratitude in his heart, Bill was gifted an extended lease on life thanks to the selflessness of organ donor, Stacey Silvio Culpepper. In 2011, Stacey's thoughtful decision to give others in need her organs, including her heart, allowed Bill to welcome three more grandchildren and savor another 13 years of life. He remained forever indebted to Stacey and her family for their noble act.

Bill's legacy is one of strength, generosity, and leadership. His commitment to family and country earned him the respect and admiration of all who knew him. Countless lives were touched by his kindness and his readiness to aid those in need. While Bill's physical presence may be missed, his spirit lives on in the hearts of those he touched. His legacy of hard work and perseverance serves as a beacon of inspiration for us all.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Janet, and their four children: Dinah Mei, Leah Mastaglio, Maria McGinity, and Billy Webster, along with their spouses Daniel Mei, Matthew Mastaglio, Patrick McGinity Jr., and Jaclyn Webster. Additionally, he leaves behind eight adoring grandchildren: Dylan, Colin, Clayton, Brandon, Olivia, Julia, Wyatt, and Sophia.
