William Howard "Bill" Hudspeth of Tomball, Texas, went to be with the Lord on October 16, 2018, at the age of 88, after a hard-fought battle with cancer.  Funeral services are under the direction of Klein Funeral Home and will be held Saturday, October 20th at 1:00 p.m. at Rosehill United Methodist Church, 20838 Rosehill Church Road in Tomball, TX.  All are welcome to attend and celebrate Bill's life.  The family will be available for visitation Friday, October 19th from 5-8 p.m. at Klein Funeral Home Tomball.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a contribution to Rosehill United Methodist Church.

Bill was born on August 27, 1930 in Temple, TX, the son of Roy and Ester (Howard) Hudspeth and spent his formative years in Bartlett, Meridian, and Weatherford, Texas.  Bill graduated from Weatherford High School and earned his degree in engineering from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.   After serving as a captain in the United States Air Force, he met his wife, Aggie, and spent 55 years together loving and serving his family.  Bill was an active part of the Tomball community for over 35 years.  He was a dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Tomball and sang bass in the Rosehill United Methodist Church choir.  He loved his family, church and community, and is well known for his kindness and generosity.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Agnes Jo "Aggie", and his younger brother, Tommy.  He is survived by four sons:  Billy and wife, Vicki, Bobby, Eddie and wife, Holli, and David and wife, Stacey.  He is also survived by five grandchildren:  Amanda, Joshua and wife, Melissa, Jordan, Courtney, and Kasey, two great-grandchildren:  Raelynn and Riley, sister-in-law, Rena, two nieces:  Nikki Hermanson and Kelly Smith, and numerous extended family and friends.

The family would like to thank the staff at Rose of Texas Hospice for their wonderful care for Bill and all who called, prayed, visited, brought food and shared words of encouragement during his illness.
