In Loving Memory: William Robert Hall, Jr. (1953-2023)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of William Robert Hall, Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. William, known to his close friends and family as "Bill," left this world on October 22, 2023, in the comfort of his home in Klein, Texas at the age of 69.
Bill was born on October 30, 1953 in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana. He was the eldest child of the Hall family and grew to be a dedicated and accomplished individual, leaving a lasting impact on everyone he met. He graduated from Centerville High School in Texas. He also was a proud graduate from Nicholls State University in Louisiana and was an active member and alumni of Pi Kappa Alpha. He was a Volunteer E.M.S. and Fireman for many years.

Bill is preceded in death by his father, William R. Hall, Sr., his mother, Ruth E. Hall and his sister Debra A. Parker.
Bill is survived by his loving wife, Angela (Angie) Griffin Hall, who was his steadfast companion and source of support throughout their journey together. He leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion in the hearts of his children: Tracy (Jay) Hall Bordelon, Rebekah (Zach) Ruth Mayer, Robert Ryan Hall, and stepdaughter Pamela (Michael) Sparks. Bill's siblings, Susan (Ed) Mittan and brother-in-law Cletus "Poncho" Parker,
also mourn his passing. He will be greatly missed by his cherished grandchildren, Hudson Mayer and Michael Britton Sparks, and his beloved nephews and niece, Austin Mittan, Christopher and Stephanie Parker.
Professionally, Bill's career in telecommunications, which began in 1976, was filled with many achievements. His long-lasting relationships with colleagues were a testament to his character. Bill's passion for music and dedication to his community shone through his service at Munholland and John Wesley United Methodist Churches, as well as his board membership at the Jefferson Performing Arts Society (JPAS) and membership of the Lakeside Kiwanis Club.
Bill's life was a tapestry of love, laughter, service and achievement. He leaves behind a legacy of warmth, generosity, and dedication that will be remembered for generations to come. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
