William Anthony Frazier "Willie"

William was known by everyone as "Willie" - to many by "Chilly Willie" --

He was born on Monday November 14, 1960 @9:13pm -- He was called home by

our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on Friday September 27, 2019 @ 11:49am after

a difficult and strenuous battle with cancer over the last sixteen months.

He fought this horrible disease until the very end.    Willie was preceded

in death by our mother Mary Frances Frazier in 1978, our father H. G.

Frazier in 2004 and our brother Michael Wayne Frazier in 2002.  Willie is

survived by his long time friend and pet dog Corky who remained by his side

the entire time of his illness,  (me) his sister Frances Frazier Smith

Stephens and his brother Leonard Ray Frazier, Debbie Vercher Frazier.

He has 10 nieces and nephews: Stefani Young, Russell Stephens, Dustin Frazier,

Blake Frazier, Blisse Frazier, Kirby Frazier, Cecily Frazier, Carly Frazier,

Madalynn Frazier and Leonard Ray Frazier, Jr., 6 great nieces and nephews:

Tucker Watkins, Tegan Young, Tanner Young, Tatum Young, Elijah Frazier and Noah Frazier

in addition to a large, loving extended family.  Willie is also survived by his girlfriend of two years,

Victoria J. Garcia.

He was the Class of 1980 - Aldine High School - attending any/all functions

and friend to all classmates.     He was a Journeyman Electrician and

served through the IBEW Local Union 716 for 38 devoted years.  His most

recent electrical career was with NASA for the past 12 years. Willie has

been a Mason since 1999 and served as the Worshipful Master of Lindale Park

Lodge No. 1347 A.F. & A.M. - Houston, TX for the year 2018 - 2019.  Being

the fighter and courageous man he was, Willie served his entire term and

never missed a single meeting.

He belonged to the Arabia Temple Shriner's Organization as a member since

2000 and proudly belonged to the Clown Corp. - serving as "Lil Bit" ---

known and loved by all children but mostly by his nieces and nephews who

were more than thrilled to advise their friends their Uncle Willie was a

"real clown".    He also proudly belonged to the Free Masons Riding Club -

including On The Level - Chapter 67 and Masters Of The Craft Chapter 71.

He was a member of the Nifty Fifties Car Club and loved hot rods, old/cars

and motorcycles.  Without doubt every day after Thanksgiving he would go

the Car Show!  Willie traveled and worked throughout the US but always

found his way back home!  Willie had a very good life that was cut way too

short!  He lived his life to the fullest each and every day and always had

a smile on his face.  We have lost a truly wonderful and good man hear on

earth but we know that heaven has gained another angel that is smiling down

upon us.  Willie will be truly missed by a multitude of people but never

ever forgotten.  We know in hearts that he will be waiting until the day we

meet again.
