William K. Fisher, jr. {Bill}, went to be with the Lord on March 2, 2017. Bill was born on April 7, 1936 and preceded in death by his parents William K. Fisher,Sr. and Bobbie Lou Fisher, and Sister Katherine "Kitty" Kubala.  Bill is survived by his wife of 55 years, Gloria Jean Fisher; son and daughter in law Kent & Punkin Fisher; Craig Fisher & Fiancé Lauren Holt; Grandchildren Forrest Fisher, Drake Jackson & Larkin Kimich; one Great grandson Hagen Jackson; brother and Sister in law Larry & Boots Fisher; special nephews Bob Kimball & Rodney Fisher; as well as many other family members that he loved so dearly.

Bill was one of the founding godfathers of the meat industry & the 3rd generation of Fisher's Ham & Meat Business.

In 1957, the first Fisher Ham & Meat was opened on Spring Cypress Road; followed by a 2nd location in Splendora, Tx 1979; the 3rd packing house was opened in 1992 in Navasota, Tx.

Bill will be best remembered by his family & friends as a "storehouse of information …" one who never met a stranger, and was always ready with a story.
