William (Bill) Bunyon Epps Jr., age 87 of Spring, Texas passed away September 6, 2024. The visitation will be September 18, from (6 PM to 8 PM) at the Klein Funeral Home at 1400 West Main Street, Tomball, Texas. Funeral Services will be Thursday September 19, 2024, at the Klein United Methodist Church at 5920 FM 2920 in Spring, Texas at 1:00 PM. Internment will be following the service at Klein Memorial Park 9714 FM 2920, Tomball, Texas at 3:00 PM. Arrangements are by Klein Funeral Home.

Bill was born in Charleston, South Carolina to Captain William Bunyon Epps and Bertha Lucinda Carter on December 31, 1936. He completed his degree in architecture from Georga Tech.

Elizabeth (Betty) Harrub married William (Bill) Bunyon Epps Jr. on March 21, 1959, in Nashville, Tennessee. He and Betty met in the front yard of a neighbor's house when they were in Junior High School.  They were married and moved to Atlanta, Georgia to begin their family and soon had 4 boys.  He and Betty made the move to Texas over the Christmas break in 1971-72 taking the boys on a new adventure. He and two partners started The Houston Design Group.  He and his wife were founding members of the Klein United Methodist Church.

William is preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth Epps, his parents William and Lucinda and his son Michael Allen Epps.

William is survived by his sons David Charles Epps, Scott Carter Epps and Christopher Nelson Epps. His grandchildren Jessica Lee Epps and Jacob Thomas Epps.
