William Kenneth Combest was born in Longview, Texas on January 20, 1945, and passed away in Magnolia, Texas on March 8, 2026.

Mr. Combest lived a full life, retiring after over 50 years as a consultant in the energy industry to pursue his love of fishing, tinkering in his garage, and of course spending quality time with his loving family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Vilaree Combest.

William is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Sheron Combest; his children, Tracy Combest and wife Lilly, and Michele Leonard and husband Kevin; grandchildren, Colby Combest and wife Brittiney, Colin Combest, Christian Combest and wife Caitie, and Chase Leonard and wife Niki; and great-grandchildren, Lacy Combest, Greyson Combest, Carson Combest, Cadence Combest, Colt Leonard, and Lee James. He is also survived by his brother Jerry Lee Combest and his wife Louise.
