William Garfield Carter Jr. was born on November 4, 1927 in Beaumont, Texas. He passed on November 28, 2018 at the age of 91.  He was the son of William Garfield Carter Sr. and Elizabeth Josephine Lange.  Later, Mack E. Hall became his stepfather.  He had two sisters Doris Hackamack and Maxine Palos, both preceded his death. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Trudy Trix Carter, two daughters Vanessa Kay Hulsey and Holly Gaye Carter, four grandchildren including Jacalyn Rene Belkin, Eric Carter Hulsey, Karissa Ann Hulsey and Morgan Kelsey Ramirez and last, four great grandchildren. He was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather who cherished family gatherings and celebrations. ?
