William B. "Bill" Arcee, 78, passed away on September 26, 2026. Born on September 23, 1948, Bill made his home in Westchester and Dutchess Counties in New York for more than 50 years, where he built his life and raised his family. A little over a year before his passing, Bill moved with his wife, Betty Arcee, to Magnolia, Texas, where they had begun a new chapter of their lives together in retirement.
An entrepreneur at heart, Bill was a business owner for the majority of his career. He was known for his diligent work ethic and independent spirit, always willing to work hard and forge his own path. Fittingly, one of Bill's greatest passions was being on the open road. Whether he was behind the wheel of his limousine business, running his trucking company, or simply enjoying the freedom of riding his motorcycle, the road was a constant thread throughout his life.
Bill was funny, quick-witted, and unmistakably himself. He knew exactly how he liked things and rarely left anyone guessing about it. Above all, he loved his family deeply and was devoted to his wife, Betty.
One of eleven children, Bill grew up as part of a large family with three brothers and eight sisters. He is survived by his wife, Betty Arcee; his daughters, Monica Sclafani, Raquel Arce, Joanna Arcee; and his two grandchildren, Sevilla Sclafani, whom he adored, and JR Girolamo. His family was an important part of his life, and the love, laughter, and memories they shared will remain long after his passing.
