William Ivan Argueta peacefully passed away at home on June 22, 2023. He won his 13-year battle against Neuroendocrine Pancreatic Cancer. He is a true warrior who always greeted each and every day with positivity.

William was born on April 3, 1973, in San Salvador, El Salvador. He is survived by his loving wife, Belinda, whom he married on March 3, 2001.

William's spirit and positivity will continue to radiate in this world through his wife Belinda, daughter Kaylie, son Kevin and his wife Mackenzie, and his granddaughters Lillie, Elaina, and Emmie.

Blanca Ortiz and Sergio Argueta are left behind to mourn the loss of their son. Even though he wasn't their biological son, his father and mother-in-law, Glenn and Irene Bishop, always saw and treated William like one of their own.
He was a devoted brother to his sisters, Maria Fernanda Argueta, Valentina Martinez, and Carolina De Cruz, and his added siblings, his brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Sarah Bishop.
He also deeply impacted the lives of his nephews and nieces. The one whose heart he touched the most was Warren Bishop. Who drew a tribute portrait of William to show how much of an inspiration he is to him.

One of William's favorite things to do was to take care of his yard. He took pride in making sure it looked spectacular for the neighborhood. Mowing was one of the joys that made him feel free from his battle with cancer. Every time Belinda would come home, she could hear William blaring his music while he prepared dinner. Now he wasn't just cooking; he would also be dancing in the kitchen with his two little troublemakers, Dash and Vinnie.

William loved the time that he spent at the Klein Cain FFA barn. Every time he walked through those gates, he felt cancer-free. He enjoyed helping his daughter Kaylie with her projects, ranging from plants to livestock. His favorite project of hers was her show heifer, Angel. William was her favorite person, and she would mainly listen to him over Kaylie.

It brings his family great joy and peace to know that he was greeted by his sister, Nancy Argueta, in Heaven. They had a connection like no other. They both brought love, positivity, and a light wherever they went.

William's love for his family and friends will continue to spread even though he is gone. From El Salvador to Costa Rica, and finally, where his love will always shine eternally, in the United States. His family and friends know that he's not completely gone and take comfort in knowing that he went so peacefully, that he beat the odds and won his battle against cancer.
