Walter Allen Mai, Jr., 75, of Houston, passed away September 5, 2019.  He was born September 11, 1943, in Great Bend Kansas to the late Walter Adam Mai and Florence Mai.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Ann Mitchell Mai; daughter, Melissa Mai Haire and husband Casey; son, Chad Adam Mai; grandchildren, Hudson Haire, Hayden Haire, Mason Mai, Morgan Mai Wagner and Kaitlynn Mai; brother Daryl Lynn Mai; nephews, Jason Mai, Curtis Mai, Nathan Mai, Bradley Duryee and Dustin Duryee; and granddog, Henry Haire.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
