Obituary

Walter B. Davis, III was born in Houston, Texas on May 21, 1951, and passed away with his wife and daughter by his side in Conroe, Texas on September 9, 2024.

Walter's greatest joy in life was being a dedicated and loving husband and father to his beloved wife of 31 years and daughter, Linda and Diana. Walter was an active member of the Knights of Columbus, once receiving knight of the year. Walter was also a proud Boy Scout, earning the rank of Eagle Scout in 1967.

His strong Catholic faith served as an anchor in the midst of the many health challenges he faced throughout his life. Walter took great care to share and practice his faith with his daughter, Diana. Walter was a man of integrity, joy, kindness, and generosity, leaving an impact on everyone who knew him.

Walter is survived by his loving wife, Linda Davis; his daughter, Diana Davis and fiancé Jay Laetsch; his siblings, Patricia Rein (Alan), William "Bill" Davis (Gina), Jo Ann Muzny (Tim), and Cheryl Davis, along with many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.
