Virginia Minshew Mitchell, 70, of Cypress, Texas, passed away July 7, 2018. She was born November 8, 1947, in Jacksonville, FL to the late Thermus Walls and Nell Sirmans Hartley.
She is survived by her son, James Vann and wife Madeline; daughters, Andrea Reich and fiance Kevin Civitello, Charlene Harrison and husband Ben, and Charla Hodges and husband Markham; sisters, Shirley Razo and Vickie Bombard; brothers, Duane Thompson and Matthew Bacalis; and 13 grandchildren.
