Virginia (Ginger) White was born in Tupelo, Mississippi on July 24, 1936. She was the only child born to the late Ike and Virginia Stevens Brown. Ginger went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 26. While we know that she is finally at peace and that her struggles are at an end, there is still pain and sadness. But even though she is gone, she has left a legacy of love and perseverance.

The family, and her role as a Mother and Grandmother, was the most important part of her life. Being with her family was what Ginger loved most of all. Ginger was a true Southern lady that loved her heritage and was very proud of where she came from. She was kind, gracious and always giving of herself.

Ginger is survived by her husband John W. White, Son and Daughter-in-law Scott and Melinda White and Granddaughter Courtney, Daughter Cindy Lowery and husband Jeff Lowery and Grandchildren Paige and Chad Lowery. Our family would like to thank everyone for their love and support during this very difficult time in our lives.
