Virginia worked 30 yrs. as a civilian secretary for the army and started the family health care for soldiers and spouses. Classified as (FSC) Family Service Coordinator for Houston Recruiting Battalion. Volunteered for N.A.R.F.E. chapter 828, where she became President & Treasurer. Loved to travel and socialize with her family, co-workers, high school friends. A loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Preceded in death by parents Elbert Swink & Margaret Lunkenheimer Swink. Husband - Donald M. Curry- Jan. 16th, was their 70th wedding anniversary. 2 - sons Clark Curry and Jay Curry. 3 - Brothers, Patrich Swink & wife Arlene, Robert (Bob) Swink & wife Donna, Ray Swink & wife Juanita, 1-Grandchild - Adam Curry.
Living Sons & Daughter in Laws - Doug &Jona Curry, David & Darlene Curry, daughter in law- Kathie Curry. Grandchildren- Nicole, Tara, Erin, Thomas, Ashley, Karla and Dennis. Great Grandchildren - Jaidon, Jace, Jack, Jason (J.J.) Hayden, Hudson, Grayson, Hailey, Kathlene, Kylene, Ollie & Luella. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces & nephews, sister in laws & brother in laws and many friends.
