Obituary

At the age of 61, Vida Jane Aguero Alvarez passed away peacefully in Tomball Regional Hospital on June 18th, 2017 at 8:02pm. She was surrounded by all of her children, brother, friends, family, and the loving support of all her loved ones on the day of her passing.

She was born on July 29th, 1955, in the small town of Uvalde, TX. Her parents were Leandro Aguero and Margarita Balderas Aguero. She was the 2nd youngest of the eight children Leandro and Margarita had.

Vida married Alfredo Alvarez in 1978 and they were married for over 39 years,   They had three children who are Alfredo, Jr., Marissa, and Nemesio.  She had one grandson, Jose Antonio Nunez.

Vida was well known for her love and devotion to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to La Virgen de Guadalupe. She also showed strong love and devotion to all of her family and friends.

At a young age, Vida was raised  by her mom and dad in a small town called Camp Wood, TX, along with her seven siblings. After her marriage in 1978, she and her husband moved to Houston and Tomball where she raised her children and where they all live to this day .

Everyone who knew Vida knows that she was a kind hearted and caring person . She was always willing to go out of her way to help others out in times of need. Every time you would see her, she would greet you and others with a big beautiful smile.

Vida was a kind and loving daughter, sibling, wife, mother, and grandmother. She would look after all of her family and always gave them all the love and support they needed.

Vida will truly be missed by everyone she knew. Her endearing personality and support to others will never be forgotten. Everyone loves you and you will always be shining down on us from the Heavens above. May you rest in peace and you will remain in the hearts of your loved ones, forever.

Vida is survived by her three children, Alfredo Alvarez, Jr.,  Nemesio Alvarez,  Marissa Alvarez,  and grandson Jose Antonio Nunez all of Tomball, Texas.  She is also survived by her brother Leandro Aguero, Jr. and wife Yolanda from Camp Wood, Texas;  her sister Angie Aguero Flores and husband Andres from Erlanger, Kentucky; her brother Roberto Aguero and wife Olivia from San Antonio; and sister Roseanne Aguero Flores and husband Raymond from Uvalde, Texas.   She also had many nephews and nieces.   Vida was preceded in death by her father and mother Leandro and Margarita Aguero, her elder sister Frances Aguero Paz; her brother Manuel Balderas Aguero and her sister Mary Aguero Sosa.
