English Obituary
"Strong, Loving and Dedicated. " VICTORIA CLEMENTINA CELESTINO, also known as Mamita, went to be with her long awaiting family, loving parents, Marcos Mautino and Maria Minaya, adored siblings, brother Teofilo, Manuel, Eustaquioalong with sister Purificación, and cherished husband Gumercindo on Monday, November 12, 2018. She will be loving remembered by her children, Antonia, Jema (Fred), Violet, Norma, Vilma (Jose), Pilar (Michael), and Yeret(Milton). Victoria will also be fondly remembered by her 11 grandchildren, Fernando, Miriam, Sara, Jeffery, Karen, Julie, Jasmine, Melissa, Kevin, Bryan, and Camila. Born in her beloved Huaraz-Ancash, Perú, Victoria came to the United States in the mid 80s and became a U.S. citizen, but her love of Perú was evident throughout her life. She carried the name Peruvian proudly and never put her language, culture, or customs behind her. She was a student of everything and an entrepreneur who loved to learn. As a faithful servant of the Lord, she was an avid reader of the Bible and an active member of her church Prince of Peace Catholic Community. In spite of being a widow, she did her best to provide for her daughters with a stable, loving and Christian home. She instilled in her daughters' love, values, and a sense of responsibility. Her family is left with a lifetime of joy and memories which will always remain in their hearts. She always had her faith, integrity, and pride firmly in place. Regardless of what hardships and heartaches she faced and endured, she carried herself with dignity and grace. The viewing will commence at 4:00 pm for family and 5:00 pm for friends ending at 8:00 pm on Friday, November 16, 2018 at Klein Funeral Homes, 9719 Wortham Blvd. Houston, TX 77065. On Saturday, November 17, 2018, funeral services will be held at 10:30 am at Prince of Peace Catholic Community/Mary Chapel, 19222 Tomball Pkwy, Houston, TX 77070 with reception to follow immediately after at Prince of Peace in St. Joseph's Building-2 nd floor (Rm 208-210). Graveside service at 1:30 pm will be at Klein Memorial Park Cemetery, 14711 Cypress N. Houston Rd Cypress, Texas 77429. Many thanks to all of you who are woven into the fabric of her life. She loved you all and we are so grateful that you were a part of our extended family.

Será recordada por sus hijos, Antonia, Jema (Fred), Violet, Norma, Vilma (Jose), Pilar (Michael) y Yeret (Milton). Victoria también será recordada con cariño por sus 11 nietos, Fernando, Miriam, Sara, Jeffery, Karen, Julie, Jasmine, Melissa, Kevin, Bryan y Camila. Nacida en su querido Huaraz-Ancash, Perú, Victoria llegó a los Estados Unidos a mediados de los 80s y se convirtió en ciudadana de los Estados Unidos, pero su amor por Perú fue evidente durante toda su vida. Ella llevó el nombre de peruana con orgullo y nunca puso su idioma, cultura o costumbres detrás de ella. Ella era una estudiante de todo y una empresaria que amaba aprender. Como fiel servidora del Señor, ella era una ávida lectora de la Biblia y miembro activo de la iglesia de la Comunidad Católica del Príncipe de Paz.
