Victoria Bickham, Age 81, of Spring, Texas.

Passed away: August 21, 2024

Victoria was born: June 05, 1943 in New Windsor, NY to the late Father: William Hodencamp, and her Mother: Hertha Phillips

She is survived by her Children: Tim Austin, Jeff Austin, Lora Lattin, Melinda Bickham, Elmer Bickham and Lyn Austin.

Vicky was preceded in death by her Father: William Hodencamp, and her Mother: Hertha Phillips

Mom was always with her Poodle named Princess and she loved to stay busy. She enjoyed crafty stuff like crochet, needlepoint, beading, and whatever it's called when you use threads/ribbons and plastic sheets with little squares to make crosses. One of her other favorites was playing on her IPad with Solitaire and many other games. If I had to pick the best favorite out of all her hobbies was growing plants and just loving the hobby as she loved to see nature in full swing from hummingbirds to honey bees enjoying her plants. She also enjoyed cooking, canning and making jellies from fruits and vegetables and even pickles and let's not forget those amazing cinnamon rolls and her pies that didn't last long.

I also remember all the yearly decorations for every holiday from Valentine's Day to Christmas inside the house and out!, And let's not forget those rubber sticky letters and shapes that stick on glass that seemed to show up overnight while I slept or was outside working on the windows, doors, and even the fish tank wasn't safe!

Some of mom's life endeavors included hairstylist, snowmobiling, hunting, fishing, mailman, going to the County Fair every year and the yearly family reunions. Mom was also a social person and she loved to volunteer at the Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital, logging over 1350 hours over 8 years! She enjoyed going on the senior bus trips with her many friends and loved ones over the years, to see Houston and the surrounding community's fun programs, history and Rodeos.

Mom you will be truly missed and we are grateful for our time with you.
