Victor Manuel Tovar passed away on July 12, 2020 at the age of 81 in Houston, TX. Born February 8, 1939 in Mexico but then later moved his family to Texas in 1974. Victor was a devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather, who will always be remembered for his humor, loving heart and his pride of becoming a United States Citizen. Victor enjoyed traveling and would often travel back to Mexico to spend time with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Fortunato and Carmen Tovar, brothers Carlos, Hector and sister Meri.

He is survived by brother, Jose Tovar and sister, Carmen Tovar of Mexico. His four children, Daughter Nancy and spouse Andy Wyatt, Son Victor Tovar, Daughter Claudia and spouse Art Monterrubio, Son Fortunato and spouse Anabel Rebollar.

Also survived by his beloved Grandchildren whom he loved dearly, Victor Jr and wife Tasha, Alan, Isaac and Kathleen Tovar, Alexa Huerta, Madison and Brianna Ojeda, Isaac Gonzales, Jordan Rouzan and Miguel Sanchez. Great-grandchildren Harmony, Heaven, Lennox, Hendrix, Aaliyah, Hazel and many extended cousins, family and friends who all loved and will miss him dearly.
