Vernon T. "Buddy" Hassler 86 of Spring, passed away March 12, 2020.  He was born February 15, 1934 in Spring, Texas to the late Theodore and Ella Hildebrandt Hassler.  Buddy was retired from FMC.

He is survived by his wife Betty Hassler; daughters, Suzzanne Hassler Ogrodowicz and husband Larry; Deborah Hassler Wright; son, Douglas Hassler and Vicki; sister, Valeria Frank and husband Leroy; sister, Doris Theiss; brother-in-law, Roy "Dickie" Brock and Carol Hudson; 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; and special friends, David Hildebrandt, Mike Atkinson, Bobby Atkinson, Frank Seber, and Brandon Ellis.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at Zion Lutheran Church in Tomball with Pastor Ryan Ogrodowicz and Pastor Christopher Hull officiating.  Burial will be at 2 pm at Trinity Lutheran Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Adam Wright, Evan Ogrodowicz, Garrett Ogrodowicz, Kurt Ogrodowicz, Jackson Lillich, and Austin Courmier.
