Toni Gale Tinsley, age 73, of Spring, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025. Born on March 11, 1952, in Houston, Texas, Toni was the beloved daughter of the late Frank Bruce Weaver and Patsy Ruth (Diehl) Weaver.

Toni's life was defined by her unwavering love for family and her generous spirit. She is survived by her devoted husband, Bill Tinsley; her brother, Duke Weaver; her children, Allison McBryde and Thomas Singletary; her stepson, Billy Ryan Tinsley; son-in-law, J.D. McBryde; daughter-in-law, Meredith Singletary; and her cherished grandchildren: Ashley Koborssi, Catherine Singletary, Lily Singletary, Kaylea Tinsley, Connor McBryde, Maddox McBryde, and Brayden Tinsley. She also leaves behind cousins Patricia Scott, Michelle Guzman, and Diego Singleton, who held a special place in her heart.

She was preceded in death by Edward "Uncle Buddy" Hall and Mary Virginia "Aunt May" Hall, who lovingly raised her, and cousin David G. Scott.

Toni first started working as a teenager in high school, modeling for the original Foley's Department Store on Main Street in downtown Houston. Upon graduating from Sam Houston High School in 1970, she went to work for the City of Houston in the purchasing department as a buyer, where she was responsible for purchasing items such as fire trucks for the fire department. After taking a five-year hiatus to raise Allison and Thomas, she returned to work for Baker Service Tools in the purchasing department, where she rose to the position of manager before moving into IT implementations. During her 32-year career with Baker, Toni's dedication and hard work earned her respect and admiration from colleagues. She retired at age 60, leaving behind a legacy of professionalism and perseverance.

Toni will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and the joy she brought to everyone around her. She had a gift for making others feel loved and valued, and her laughter could brighten any room. Toni found happiness in life's simple pleasures—she loved cooking and baking delicious meals for her family, tending to her garden, and cheering on her favorite teams. A devoted Houston Astros fan, Toni rarely missed a game and shared her love of baseball and volleyball with her family. Her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren play volleyball and baseball, always their loudest and proudest supporter from the stands.

Even when times were hard and the family didn't have much, Toni always made Christmas magical. She instilled the joy and spirit of the season in her children—a tradition that continues today with her grandchildren. Her love for creating special memories will forever be part of her family's legacy.

Toni will also be remembered for her support of many causes and her service to her church. Early on, she was an active Salvation Army volunteer. While working, she helped support Baker's United Way efforts for many years, raising money and helping assemble bicycles for Christmas. In retirement, she gave generously of her time to her church—serving meals, working on crafts, and volunteering to help at Vacation Bible School. She was also well known by the students at Benignus Elementary, where she volunteered in Mrs. Hall's art class, sharing her creativity and kindness with countless children.

A funeral service celebrating Toni's life will be held on Tuesday, December 9th at 10:00 a.m., with visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m., at Trinity Klein Lutheran Church, 5201 Spring Cypress Road, Spring, Texas 77379, with Pastor Jim Bretthauer officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Thomas Singletary, Billy Tinsley, Maddox McBryde, and J.D. McBryde.
