home.

Thomas is survived by his wife Rachel
Foster,; daughter Savanna Foster; step
daughters Rhiannon & Rheyana Briggs; son
Dakota Foster; mother Carol Secrist Foster;
father George Foster; sisters Pam Hayes,
Lisa Duncan, Denise Padwarden; brother
Steve Foster; mother-in-law Eveie Lisotto;
sister in law Michelle Whitener; brother-in-law Donovan Napier; and
numerous nieces and nephews.

Thomas met his beloved wife in the Summer
of 2013 and they married October 18 2013.
They loved each other deeply.
Thomas loved his family and worked hard
every day to provide a home and a dream
life that he wholeheartedly felt that they
deserved. He loved country music, singing
with Savanna in the car and working on cars.
He was extremely mechanically inclined.

Thomas was always willing to help any one
in need, and often would stop what he was
doing to help a friend.
Thomas served in the US Army in the late
1990's, and was medically discharged.
