Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we bid farewell to our father, Timothy Brady. He passed away unexpectedly at his home Sunday, June 2, 2024. He was born September 23, 1937 to Vincent J. and Mary (Snanichan) Brady in Lakewood, Ohio.

Tim is survived by his five children; Jeff (Stephanie) Brady of Houston, Janet (Rick) Clark of Spring, TX, Gregg (Belinda) Brady of Eustis, FL, Leigh (Russ) Budro and Lindsay (James) Lillard also of Spring, TX. He is also survived by sister Marilyn Alberts of Wyomissing, PA, brother Terry (Barb) Brady of Vermilion, OH, and brother Ted (Jennifer) of Parker, Colorado. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren;  Jake (Kristie) Brady, Tim (Susan) Brady, Eric Clark, Nicole (Preston) Foster, Jamie (Andrew) Broughton, Jason (Vivi) Lasala, Kalie (Andy) McGuire, Conner Morris, Zach Budro, Austin (Taylor) Budro, and Lauren Lillard as well as 19 great grandchildren.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Bob Alberts.

Tim began his illustrious career in the insurance business in 1962. He quickly established himself as a leader in this industry. In 1983 he met Ed Chapman and Lonnie Holland, and together they formed Brady, Chapman, Holland & Associates (BCH). His vision and dedication to excellence were unmistakable as he took on the role of President and CEO. Tim earned numerous licenses and prestigious awards. He was a mentor and a visionary and truly believed in building strong relationships and supporting the people he served.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tim was known for his hugely warm heart, unwavering integrity and genuine care for friends and family. He was a big personality and a constant beacon of strength and love. Tim was passionate about his family and he was generous with his affection and support. He had a one-of-a-kind sense of humor, and was enthusiastic always. His absence leaves a void in our hearts. We will carry on with the comfort of our many memories and we will continue to honor his legacy by living our lives to the fullest.

To commemorate Tim's remarkable life and the memories we cherish, a funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. The church is located at 7810 Cypresswood Drive in Spring, TX. We welcome all who knew him to join us in a reception immediately following the mass. We will celebrate Tim's life, as he was loved deeply and is already missed. A private family inurnment will follow the reception.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation in Houston in Timothy James Brady's honor at
