Thomas Oscar Winn was born in Houston, Texas on April 2, 1936, and passed away in Cypress, Texas on July 7, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Winn, and his parents, Robert and Mae Winn.

Thomas is survived by his son, Russell R. Winn and wife Ann; grandson, Nicholas Meroni and wife Amanda; great-grandsons, Sebastian Meroni and Jaxon Meroni; and sister, Janis Aaron and husband Jim.

Visitation will be held from 5-8pm on Monday, July 13, 2026 at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 W. Main, Tomball, TX 77375.  He will be laid to rest at 11am on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 in Klein Memorial Park, 14711 FM 1488 Magnolia, Texas 77354.
