THOMAS LINEHAN OBITUARY

An entombment for Thomas "Tom" Linehan, 81 of The Woodlands, Texas, will be held at Klein Memorial Park 1488 in Magnolia, TX on July 30 ^th at 10:00 AM.
Thomas Michael Linehan was born on December 14, 1940 in Portland, Oregon to Kenneth James Linehan and Helen Virginia (Campbell) Linehan. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara College. Tom went on to marry Launa Jane Ayers on June 8, 1963 at Holy Rosary Church in Antioch, California. He worked as a Petroleum Engineer with companies like Shell, Santa Fe, and Devon for 50 years. When he wasn't working in the oil industry, you could find him working on his ranch in Fedor, Texas which he has owned since 1981. Tom enjoyed researching and studying history and was very tech savvy for his era. He loved Saturday breakfast at Eden café with his family and spending time with his daughter, grandchildren and their dogs.
Tom passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022 on his ranch in Fedor, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Helen Linehan; his wife, Launa Linehan, and his brother, William "Bill" Linehan.
Tom is survived by his daughter, Sherry Hallisey and her husband, Mike of Montgomery; two grandchildren, Katlynn Hallisey of Austin, and Sean Hallisey of Houston; two nieces and one nephew, Amy Linehan, Meghan Pounds Linehan and Joseph Linehan all from California.
