Thomas Paul McQuiggin, 95, of Cypress, went to his heavenly home on March 14, 2024. He was born March 26, 1928, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to the late Thomas Percy McQuiggin and Elfreida McQuiggin.

He is survived by his, sister-in-law, Betty McQuiggin; Niece, Marie Elam; nephew-in law Robert Elam. And many more nephews and nieces (with great and great, great).

Including his parents he was preceded in death by his wife and love Yvonne McQuiggin; brothers- William, Gil, Daniel, Wayne, and Walt; sisters Margurite and Carol.

Tom was a member of the Redeemer Lutheran Church in Milwaukee Wisconsin and enjoyed the fellowship and friends there until he moved to Cypress Texas. He enjoyed making many friends through the years in Wisconsin. When he moved to Texas, he was able to enjoy life with his extended family and new friends. As many knew he had the heart of a child and nightly said his prayers with his dog, Dixie.

He served during WWII in the army, retiring as a Corporal.

Tom's story was one of love. Tom and Yvonne met when they were teenagers, and he knew she was the only one for him. Their life together sustained him until he was called home, bringing them together again.

A service will be held April 2nd, 2024, from 10AM at Klein Funeral Home, 1400 W Main Street Tomball, TX 77375. Guests are welcome to stay and visit with the family after the service until 12PM. Interment to follow at Houston National Cemetery at a later date.
