Our beloved Therese Kim Nguyen, age 39, passed away on September 28th, 2021. She was born on March 31st, 1982 in Houston, TX.

Known to most as "Babe," she is the baby sister in the family.  Therese was adventurous and loved to spend time with her family and loved ones. Thoughtful, free-spirited and loved to laugh, she was the life of the dinner table. Therese had a kind heart and cared for others fervently.  About 5 years ago, Therese was hospitalized due to complications with her diabetes. She sustained hypoxic brain injury causing her motor skills to be impaired. Over the next 5 years, she endured the difficult challenge of physical therapy and recovering. Therese was mentally resilient and extremely courageous in confronting her illness.

Therese is survived by her parents, Cuong Kim Nguyen and Sao Pham Nguyen, her siblings, Cuong Khac Nguyen, John & Tram Cho, Stephen & Jill Felix and John Nguyen as well as her nephews, Tyler Cho and Sylver Felix and her nieces, Zoe Nguyen, Stella Cho and Starla Felix.

The Vigil will be held at Klein Funeral Homes located at 9719 Wortham Blvd, Houston, TX 77065 on October 7th at 7:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be held at Christ the Redeemer Catholic Church in Houston, TX on September 8th at 11:00 AM.
