Theresa "Terri" Ann Hubbell passed away peacefully following a long illness at the age of 80 in Houston, Texas on January 22, 2026.

She was preceded in death by her late husband James Thomas Hubbell.

Terri was born on November 20, 1945, in Hamilton, Scotland.  In December 1950, Terri and her parents emigrated from the United Kingdom to the United States, eventually settling in Detroit, Michigan where she was raised.

She is survived by her daughter, Tracie and son-in-law Derrick Vallance, her son Christopher Hamlin and daughter-in-law Kathleen, and her grandchildren, Geraghty Alch, Tucker Alch, Christa Hamlin, Corey Skiba and Morgan Skiba.

Terri will be deeply missed by her family and friends.  Her family is very appreciative to the nurses and staff at the Cypress Pointe Health and Wellness Center for their care and kindness.

There will be a funeral service held in the chapel of Klein Funeral Home (16131 Champion Forest Drive Spring, TX 77379, on Monday, February 2, 2026 at two o'clock in the afternoon.

Burial will immediately follow at Klein Memorial Park, (32509 TX-249, Pinehurst, TX 77362).
