Teresa Lynn Griffin

November 25, 1966 - February 19, 2020

Teresa Lynn Griffin, 53, of Cypress, a native Houstonian,  passed away February 19, 2020.  She was born November 25, 1966, in Houston to the late Dan Thomas Griffin and  Barbara S. Magoulas.

Teresa was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church where she was Baptized and completed her conformation. She attended Trinity Messiah Lutheran School and Lamar High school. She was employed by Simply Self Storage as a property manager for many years.

Teresa was always there for her family and loved to help when needed. Teresa had the ability to make friends with anyone. Teresa knew no strangers.

Teresa had a good life full of adventure, fun, learning, and travels.

She is survived by her mother, Barbara S. Magoulas and step-father George; brothers, Dan T. Griffin and wife Loretta, and Randy L Griffin and wife Dorinda; partner, Kim Traywick; aunt, Johnnie B. Faber; uncles, Bill D. Steen and wife Diane, Henry L. Griffin, and Terry Jurica Sr.; nieces, Taylor L. Griffin and Savannah C. Griffin; nephew, Justin T. Griffin; cousins Tami L. Grall and husband Doug, Christine Kreskai and husband Cary, Lisa Steen, Terry Jurica Jr., and Brandon Jurica; and second cousins, James Keith Robertson II and Hailey Lynn Robertson. She is preceded in death by her father Dan Thomas Griffin Sr., niece Julie Marie Griffin, Aunt Valerie Jean Jurica, Grandmother Margaret Winkler and Grandfather Winston D. Steen.
