Ted George Lutzenburg, of Montgomery, Texas, passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends on March 6, 2018.

Ted was born on December 13, 1947, in San Francisco, California, to Theodore and Jeanna Lutzenburg.

He is preceded by his wife, Karyn Lutzenburg, who passed in September, 2015. Their love and friendship was the great joy of his life.

He is survived by his sister Trudi Engel and her husband Scott. Also survived by his children, Aileen Ripkowski and husband Mike, and David Tyminski and wife Cindy.

He was a devoted and involved grandfather to Meghan Ripkowski and fiancé Steve, Garrett Ripkowski, Emily Tyminski, Samuel Tyminski and a great grandfather to Bennett Guice.

Ted was a Marine veteran and an active participant in his church community. He traveled the world with his work. He enjoyed a good game of golf. He enjoyed time spent with his children, his grandchildren and his great grandson. He enjoyed all of his friendships, especially spending time with his Bentwater friends.

A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held Monday, March 12, 2018 at 2:00pm, at Montgomery United Methodist Church in Montgomery, Texas.
