Tammy Jo Morgan was born in Moorhead, Minnesota on October 18, 1962, and passed away peacefully, at her home in Richards, Texas, surrounded by loved ones, on August 31, 2021. Tammy and family moved to Houston, Texas at a young age. She graduated from Stratford High School and attended USL in Lafayette, LA.

Tammy married her high school sweetheart and love of her life, Rodger Brent Morgan in June 1984, in Houston, TX. They were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Macy Elle Morgan in the Fall of 1989 and raised her in Houston. She had a career in the insurance industry, then retired to love and cherish family, especially their daughter and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father, Terry Blue; father-in-law Hoyt Morgan; father-in-law, Clarence Roussel; and nephews, Preston Blue and Alex Blue.

Tammy is survived by her loving husband, Rodger Morgan; her daughter, Macy Morgan and partner Termond Lewis; grandchildren, Darien, Jordan, Julian and Ja'Marion Lewis; mother, Ann Blue; siblings, Terri Ann Blue, and Todd Blue; step-mother, Char Blue; mother-in-law, Billie Roussel; sister-in-law Kelly Capps and husband Jeff; brothers-in-law, Darrin Morgan and wife Sandy, Mark Guthrie and wife Stephonie; nieces, Evan Jones and husband Brandon, Gentry Jones, MacLean Jones, Layne Stone and husband Cody, Charlotte Stone, Evelyn Lambert and husband Chase; Greysen Davis, Sheriden Davis, Karyssa Newman and husband Eric, Savannah Hebert; and nephews, Darrin Morgan, Jr. and wife Kendall, Darrin Morgan, III, and Ryan Morgan.

A celebration of Tammy's life will be held at 2pm on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Klein Funeral Home, 14711 FM 1488, Magnolia, TX 77354.

In lieu of flowers, Tammy's family is requesting donations to be made to the American Diabetes Association, in her name (Tammy Jo Morgan) and memory.
