He is survived by his wife, Sol Wilhelm; daughter Danisha Kozaczkiewicz and husband Nelson Navarro; son Atenagoras Kozaczkiewicz and wife Mariangel Rodriguez; grandchildren, Santiago Ferrer, Amanda Ferrer, and Matias Kozaczkiewicz; and sister, Wanda Kozaczkiewicz and husband Eduardo Romero.
