Susan Rae Peterson

July 4, 1954 – May 21, 2022

Susan Rae Peterson passed away peacefully on May 21, 2022, at the age of 67.  She was born July 4, 1954, in Youngstown, Ohio, the daughter of the late Raymond Reed and Therese Mihaly.  Susan loved her work as a Registered Nurse in Women's Services and Labor and Delivery for many years.  She always cherished taking care of others, as family, friends, and former patients would attest.

Left to cherish her memory, her partner of the past 10 years Ron Cobb; siblings Melody Lee, Sheila Henry, Raymond Reed, and Theresa Ledger; and her children (spouse and grandchildren) Jerry Peterson (Lauren, Savannah, and Sydney), Cott Peterson (Deanna, Tristan, and Braden), and Kalin Peterson (Haley, Archer, and Belynn).  Susan will also be missed by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and very dear friends.  Susan was preceded in death by her spouse Bruce Peterson.
