In Loving Memory of Our Beautiful Mother
Susan Adkison Lottig
December 27, 1964 – May 25, 2025

With hearts full of sorrow and overflowing love, we share the passing of our beloved mother and grandmother, Susan Adkison Lottig , who left this world peacefully on May 25, 2025, at the age of 60.

Susan was so much more than a mother—she was our everything. The center of our world, the one who gave us roots and wings. Her love for her children was the kind of love that shaped lives, that made us feel safe, seen, and deeply cherished every single day.

From the moment we took our first breaths, we were the center of hers. She poured her entire heart into being a mom—not because she had to, but because it was who she was. She never missed a chance to remind us how proud she was, how deeply she believed in us, and how there was absolutely nothing we could do to lose her love.

She fought for us, stood by us, celebrated us, and held us through every high and low. Her hugs could fix anything. Her voice calmed storms. Her faith in us gave us strength even when we had none left ourselves. She gave her whole self to us—her time, her energy, her laughter, her tears, her joy. And through all of it, she taught us what love really means.

Her laugh was unforgettable—bright, full, and so full of joy that it made you laugh too, even on your hardest days. Her smile could warm a room, and her eyes—those beautiful, kind eyes—saw the best in us, even when we couldn't see it ourselves.

Susan created a home that wasn't just a place—it was a feeling. It was safety, comfort, understanding, and unconditional love. She believed in family more than anything, and every decision she made was grounded in that unshakable love.

She is survived by her beloved children: Danny Jackson, Blake Jackson, Alexis Lottig, and Allison Lottig ; and her cherished grandchildren: Kalen Wuensche-Jackson, Daxx Jackson, Paisley Brdecka, Michael Sandifer, Lincoln Sandifer, Justin Brdecka Jr., and Johnny Brdecka —each one a piece of her heart, and the legacy of her deep love.

She is also lovingly remembered by her sister, Karen Southworth ; her nieces: Samantha Adkison, Payten Adkison, and Meagen Adkison ; and her nephews: Wesley Frazier and Bradley Frazier .

Susan now rests in peace with her loved ones who went before her: her brother, Steven Adkison; her parents, Dewey Adkison Jr. and Mary Louise Adkison ; and her grandparents, Louise McTigrit and Doyle McTigrit —all of whom she missed dearly.

A celebration of her beautiful life will be held on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 , at 1400 West Main, Tomball, TX 77375 .

Mom, your love was our foundation. You taught us what it means to give, to forgive, to endure, and to never stop loving. Your love carried us through this life—and now, it carries us through your passing. We will miss you more than words can ever express, but your love lives on in us. Forever our mother. Forever our heart.
