Sue passed away on December 1, 2020. Sue was born on November 2, 1941 to Madelon Humphrey Tillett and Richard Michael Tillett in Peru, Indiana. Sue graduated from William A. Wirt High School in Miller Beach, Indiana and attended Indiana University. Sue was employed by South Shore Securities Corp. before her marriage to her high school sweetheart Ron on December 28, 1963.

Sue enjoyed playing bridge, golf, and tennis. Reading and book Club were very special to Sue. She loved to decorate her home and entertain. Many special friendships were made over the 46 years she lived in Texas, and she kept in touch with her many childhood friends. She considered all her friends as true blessings.

Ron and Sue traveled all over the United States, Europe and the Far East. They also enjoyed taking Cruises and had so many fabulous adventures.

Sue is survived by her loving and wonderful husband of 56 years, Ron. Survived also by daughters Laura Connelly, Amy Miranda, son Ronnie and her grandchildren Michael, Katie, Maddy, and Dani. They were the light of her life and such blessings to both Sue and Ron. She is also survived by her sister, Roseann Haussman, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Sue was active at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. For 24 years she enjoyed participating in the Friends in Need ministry. The love of her family and church gave her much joy and happiness. She often said, "What a wonderful journey this has been!"

A memorial service will be held next year at Prince of Peace when we can gather safely.
