Steven W. Hansen went home to be with the Lord on May 16, 2020 in Houston, Texas.

Born to Zike and Virginia Hansen in Casper, Wyoming on May 29, 1958, Steve was a beloved husband, father, son, and brother who was full of life, energy, and determination.

Always athletic and strong, Steve loved to ski and was a passionate cyclist, who kept a detailed record of his bike rides.  He participated in numerous cycling events, but his favorite ride was from Pagosa Springs, Colorado to the Continental Divide at Wolf Creek Pass.

Steve earned his M.B.A. from St. Edwards University in Austin, and worked in a variety of sales management positions in both the medical injection molding and oil and gas industries.

Charming, loving , and fun, Steve loved to laugh, travel, and was fearless and tough, but most importantly he loved Jesus and grew in faith year by year. He was an anchor and rock to his wife and children, a great source of encouragement to his friends and family, and a leader and mentor to many others.

Steve is survived by his wife of 22 years Holly Stearns Hansen, his children Stephanie, Sandra, Benjamin, and Henry, grandson Paxton, his mother Virginia Boerner Hansen, and siblings Randy, Valerie, Chris, and Marty.

He was preceded in death by his father "Zike" Zina Chris Hansen.
