Steven Don Aaron, age 65, of Tomball, Texas passed away December 8, 2022, after a courageous 4-year battle with pancreatic cancer.

Steve was born to Helen Aaron and Don Aaron of Crane, Texas on June 13, 1957. He graduated from Crane High School in 1975. Steve began his career in the oil and gas industry working for Exxon in 1978. He worked in Oil and Gas for 44 years and loved every minute of it. He met so many people along the way that impacted his life and I know that he impacted their life as well. Work was his passion and he always loved a challenge.

Steve loved to hunt, fish, and woodworking. If Steve made anything with his woodworking, he knew he always had to make a duplicate. One for his wife and one for his daughter.  They would show him what they wanted him to create and his answer was always, "I can make that." It would always turn out more beautiful than the picture.

Steve married the love of his life, Cindy Aaron on March 6th, 1976. Steve was 19 and Cindy was 18 when they were happily married. Although they were young, they knew it was love at first sight. In 1978 they welcomed their first baby boy, Bryan Aaron and in 1981, they welcomed their baby girl Stephanie Aaron McInnis. They were happily married for almost 47 years. His pride and joy were his 4 grandbabies. He was always up for an adventure with grandbabies whether it be amusement parks or frog hunting.

Most importantly, Steve loved the Lord with all of his heart. When he was first diagnosed with cancer, he said that he was going to use this journey to share the love of Jesus with others. He witnessed to every doctor, nurse, or anyone that would listen. He impacted many lives through this cancer journey. He trusted that God would give him strength, help him fight and for his will to be done. He won his race on December 8, 2022 and gave God the glory all the way to his last breath.

Steve is survived by his loving wife, Cindy; son, Bryan Aaron and wife Jennifer; daughter, Stephanie McInnis and husband Bo; grandchildren, Caidance, Vance, Shelby, and Brock; Mother, Helen Aaron; sister, Kim Nicholas and husband Nick, brother David Aaron and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life to honor Steven Don Aaron will be held at First Baptist Church Tomball, in Tomball, Texas on December 17th @ 10:00 a.m.
