Stephen Matthew Todd, age 38, of Cypress, Texas passed away on Monday, April 3,2023. Stephen was born in Houston, Texas on May 7, 1984 to Gary and Barbara Todd.   Stephen enjoyed spending time with his family, running, and biking. Anyone who knew Stephen at all, also knew how very much he loved his cars. Stephen was employed with Parker for fifteen years as a value stream manager and thought the world of his co-workers.

Stephen was preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Todd. Stephen is survived by his parents, Gary and Barbara Todd. He is also survived by his siblings: William and Julie Todd, Rebecca and Ted Strother, Christopher and Anna Todd, Christina Todd, Randall and Quyen Todd, Jennifer, and John Phillips. Stephen loved his nieces and nephews and was an active participant in their lives. They are Brandon Todd, Lane Todd, Ashton McFeron, Peyton McFeron, Grace Strother, Lane Strother, Jacob Todd, Declan Todd, Rachel Patterson, Brianna Patterson, Haley Patterson, Karson Todd, Emily Elsner, Ethan Elsner, Bailey Phillips, Jamie Phillips, and Kinsey Phillips. Stephen also leaves behind his aunt, Ellen and John Rodriguez, his cousin, Brian Wilson, and many friends who will miss him.
