Stephen Lee Mason was born in Fort Worth, Texas on June 3, 2002, and passed away in Shepherd, Texas on August 21, 2022.

Stephen was born with Spina Bifida and faced many physical challenges. Despite them, he thrived and grew into a wonderful young man. He faced life's challenges with a kind heart, patience, grace and fortitude. Stephen loved nothing more than to spend time with his parents and siblings. He was especially bonded to his younger siblings and was the best big brother in the world!

Stephen was the middle child and certainly the "heart" of our home.  His absence will be felt profoundly. We are happy for him that he is free from his physical limitations and resting easy with God.

Stephen is preceded in death by his sisters, Emily Mason and Sophia Mason.

Stephen is survived by his loving parents, Kevin and Angela Mason; his brothers, Joshua Mason, and Andrew Mason and wife Shelby; his nephew Alex, and niece Emma; and sisters, Katherine Mason Tovar and husband Gilbert, and Christina Mason.

A funeral service for Stephen will be held at 11am on Friday, August 26, 2022 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints 1100 Southline St . , Cleveland, TX 77327 .  He will be laid to rest at a private committal service in Klein Memorial Park in Pinehurst, TX.
