Stephen Ray Combest's Obituary
?Stephen Ray Combest, age 46, went to be with Jesus on March 15, 2018. He was born in College Station, Texas, to John and Bettie Combest. Everyone who knew Stephen knew his infectious sense of humor that he maintained through a long battle with cancer. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was eager to share his faith with everyone.
Stephen was preceded in death by his mother, Bettie; sister, Janice; his grandparents; and several aunts and uncles.
He is survived by his wife, Christi; daughter, Hayden; son, Ryder; father, John; sister, Katherine Bell; brother Michael and wife Tina; and sister, Joyce. He is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Roy and Billie Saye; multiple brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Friends may visit with the family beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 20, at Lindale Church, 503 Reid Street, Houston, TX 77022. A celebration of life service will follow at 11 a.m. A committal service will take place at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Klein Memorial Park, 9714 FM 2920, Tomball, TX 77375.
If desired, the family requests memorial donations to Lindale Church ( www.lindalechurch.org ) or 10-7 Outdoors ( www.10-7outdoors.com ).
