Stephanie Anne Diaz, age 30 of Houston, passed away on November 28, 2018 in

Rockaway, New Jersey.

Stephanie was born on January 28, 1988 in Orange, California, the youngest of two

children. She lived in many different locations throughout her life including

Beaumont, Houston, California and New Jersey. She graduated from Clements High

School in Sugar Land, Texas and was a member of the Class of 2007.

Stephanie began working for Party City in January 2007. What began as a temporary,

seasonal position grew into storied career. Stephanie's infectious energy allowed

her to advance quickly, taking on new challenges and making friends across the

country. Her passion for excellence and drive for success culminated in a

leadership position at the company headquarters in New Jersey as Corporate Manager

of Learning and Development. Stephanie was well-regarded by her friends and

colleagues and will be greatly missed by her Party City team.

To know Stephanie was to love her. All that were privileged to know her are surely

grateful for the time spent together and share in the loss of this extraordinary and

beautiful soul.

Stephanie is survived by Wife, Lory Diaz, step-daughter, Laura Berlanga, Mother,

Carol Macklin-Hughes, and her Brother, Kevin Macklin and His spouse Jay

Romero-Macklin.

The family of Stephanie wishes to extend their sincere gratitude to Party City for

their emotional and financial assistance throughout this difficult time.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, December 7, 2018 at Klein

Funeral Home Champions.
