Sidney Edward Truitt, 70 of Spring, Texas passed away Friday January 21, 2022 at home with his family.  Born February 1, 1951 in Maryland.  He was the son of Sidney R. Truitt and Janet Watson Truitt.  Sid was a loving and giving person.  His passions were trains and putting together trains sets.  He worked in the trucking industry and became friends with many and loved by all.   Sid especially loved working in the yard and grilling.  His last meal of homemade chicken noodle soup carol made.  Special memories of Jimmy's is when they made up a mini truck together for the grandchildren to ride in at Christmas.  Levin memory was "loved spending time with him and learning so much.  He raised me, loved me and made me the man I am today an gave me a family".  Carol loved him very much and will miss hi , they had an amazing life together.  He was her world and she was his.  All he wanted was a family and doing things together.  With all her love, Rest in Peace she loves you and she will see you again one day. He is survived by Carol E Truitt, the Love of His Life for 35 years, sons: Todd Truitt, Levin Truitt, Dwight Partridge wife Sherry, Jimmy Partridge and wife Sheila, Joel Partridge, brother Howard Truitt, 8 grandchildren: Jimmy Jr., Cy6nthia, Megan, Lucius, Shelby and Thomas along with 5 great-grandchildren.
