Shirley Farmer Tipton, 88, entered Heaven early Sunday morning, November 13th, 2022.  No doubt she was greeted by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ as well as her parents, Charles Lonnie and Annie Dimple (Rogillio) Farmer, her beloved husband of 54 years, Harold "Ray" Tipton, as well as many other family and special friends. She was the last of her six siblings, Evelyn, Ruth, C.L., Louise, Barbara and Albert.

Shirley is survived by her two children, Mark (Bernie) Tipton and Ruth (David) Ashcraft. She was Grammy to four grandchildren Jerome (Blythe) Cone, Justin (Lu) Cone, Justin (LauraEllen) Ashcraft and Ashleigh (Kyle) Dobbs. And six great grandchildren Jakob, Elliot, Julian and Eliza Beatrice Cone, Rayna Jean Ashcraft and Grayson Dobbs, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Shirley was born in Houston, graduated from Milby High School, class of 1952  and Lillie Jolly School of Nursing, class of 1955 and spent her entire adult years working as a Registered Nurse in various Hospitals, School Nurse for Klein ISD and Industrial Nursing at several companies in the Houston area.

Shirley put her faith in Jesus Christ.  She loved spending time with her family, baking Italian Cream Cakes, playing 42 and stopping at a good Garage Sale.

Shirley was a 38 year cancer survivor but 12 years ago Alzheimers invaded her life and slowly took over.

A Graveside Service will take place Thursday, December 29th, 2022, 11:00 AM, at Klein Memorial Park, 9714 FM 2920, Tomball, Texas  77375
