Shirley Neice, age 86, of Derby Kansas went to be with the Lord on July 10, 2023.

Shirley was born March 02, 1937 in Emporia, Kansas. The family eventually moved to Wichita where Shirley would meet her husband, Ron. Together they had 3 children: Michael, Deborah, and Steven.

Working at Farmers & Merchants State Bank for many years, Shirley loved the community of Derby and the people she served.

Shirley was an avid gardener and was so proud of her beautiful English-style gardens.

Most of all, though, Shirley loved her family. Traditions were important to her. She loved decorating for holidays and making holiday meals (the only time she enjoyed cooking). Shirley took every opportunity to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren, from taking them to parks, plays, zoos, & museums to baking, drawing, coloring, and playing games together at her beloved home on El Paso.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings, her husband Ron Neice, and her two sons Michael and Steven Neice.

She is survived by her daughter Deb (Les) Seibert, her two grandchildren Jennifer (Keith) Boyer and Luke Gosset, and her great grandchildren Coleman Boyer, Hunter Gossett, and Levi Gossett.
